-We are open year-round, we invite you to enjoy all of Wisconsin’s beautiful changing seasons!
-Our guest rooms are limited to two guests per room, no extra beds or roll-aways are available.
-Please check for room availability online, but if you have any questions, please feel free to call 262-592-3200,

 we sometimes have more flexibility than is apparent on our website.

Check-In/Check-Out

-Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM unless special arrangements have been made, please call.
-Check-out is 11:00 AM.

Reservations/Cancellations

                                                            Please Note: 

*We are a small Bed and Breakfast, and cancellations affect us significantly*

-If your travel plans change, we offer flexibility within the policies stated below. 
-Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation unless we’re able to rebook the   room.  Refunds are prorated based on how many nights are rebooked.
-Room rates are subject to change without notice.

Breakfast Service and Special Dietary Needs

-We serve a full breakfast each morning at 8:30 AM.  If you require flexibility with your breakfast plans, please let us know   prior to arrival. 

-For guests on the go we can provide a Breakfast Grab-Bag if requested.
-If you have special dietary needs, please let us know when you book the room.  We do happily strive to accommodate special   diets, but do not maintain a completely gluten-free or nut-free facility.

Children/Pets/Miscellaneous

-We do not generally allow children under 12 years old.
-Guest pets are not allowed (there are two kitties on the property, but they are not allowed in the interior guest areas).
-For the comfort and safety of all guests, there is no smoking, cooking, or open flame allowed on the premises.
-If needed, an excessive cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged following guest departure.
-For the comfort and relaxation of all guests, we maintain quiet time between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

The Railroad Room - The room features a Queen-Sized bed with a cozy, hand-madequilt, private bath with a relaxing 1930s style rolled-top bathtub and shower.  A hair dryer is provided, and the bath is stocked with locally hand-made natural soaps.

We offer two charming bed and breakfast rooms; the Railroad Room and the Garden Room. 

TV and Wi-Fi, a charging station, and a personal refrigerator are provided in each room.

The Garden Room - This inviting room will engage your senses with whimsical charm. The garden themed room features an antique Queen-Size bed covered with a cozy quilt, an antique dresser, and garden-themed decor.  The design of the private bathroom brings the outdoors in and has it's own air-jet tub for two.  A hair dryer is provided, and the bathroom stocked with locally hand-made natural soaps.
